A Georgia jury held Colin Gray criminally responsible for the alleged actions of his teenage son, Colt, in the 2024 Apalachee school shooting, which left two classmates and a pair of teachers dead.

Prosecutors accused Gray of ignoring warning signs of his son's potential violence and allowing him access to a high-capacity weapon. While testifying, Gray recounted incidents of his son feeling bullied at school and occasionally showing signs of rage, but said he never considered Colt to be a violent threat.
