President Donald Trump signed a bill that ends the shutdown, reopening the government and restoring federal funding that has been frozen or halted.

The legislative package signed into law will keep the government open through Jan. 30 and provide full funding for SNAP food benefits through September. However, the bill does not include an extension of enhanced subsidies under the Affordable Care Act.
